Shipping Summary:

Packages from Car Pass are dispatched Monday to Friday. Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, with variations based on product availability. This processing time does not include delivery, which relies on your geographical location.

We offer tracking for all orders, and tracking information becomes available once the product is shipped. As our product research team sources quality yet affordable items, individual products may be shipped from various fulfillment centers globally.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times are subject to variables such as weather conditions affecting air transport or Customs inspections. Car Pass is not liable for delays in international transportation or customs clearance.

Shipments can be delivered to most addresses, excluding post office boxes. In remote areas, there might be an additional delivery charge or the need to pick up the package from the nearest service location of Car Pass's shipping partner.

Shipping Status:

Upon shipping your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't receive this email immediately, rest assured, we are committed to delivering within the specified timeframe.

Order Changes:

For order cancellations or modifications, please contact our customer support.

Item Not Received:

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it, despite the tracking status showing delivery, contact the carrier. Once the item is with the carrier, we don't have control over it. If the issue persists, kindly email us at carpasscarpass@gmail.com.

Damaged Parcel:

For packages delivered to a PO Box, please note that Car Pass is not responsible for any resulting damage (due to extreme temperatures, theft, etc.).
